Mutual Ministry

The Mutual Ministry is recruited by the pastor and the president of the congregation with the approval of the church council. The group is responsible to serve as a personal and confidential support group to the pastor, staff members, as well as members of the congregation.  The group also acts as a communications channel regarding conditions and attitudes within the congregation and as an agent of reconciliation.
